TOMOLOO is one of the first manufacturers of electric scooters and hoverboards in China. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen and has established a large production base covering 50,000 square meters in Jiangsu Province. Since 2013, we have expanded our business activities to many American, EU and Asian countries and have maintained long-term strategic partnerships with local well-known brands and supermarkets. We are one of the first hoverboard manufacturers in China to receive UL2272 safety certification in 2016. We have several invention patents and have obtained corporate certifications such as UL, CE, ROHS, REACH and ISO9001, Walmart (FCCA and SCS), BSCI, etc.

  • 2011

    Established a workshop and planned to enter short-distance electric mobility products.

  • Foreign trade manager

    Responsibilities:

    1、Under the guidance of the general manager, responsible for making annual and quarterly sales plan and formulating sales strategy according to the customer and market situation.

    2、Responsible for the record of foreign customer contact information and grasp the needs of customers.

    3、Responsible for organizing relevant personnel to confirm the requirements of foreign customers and the confirmation of sales contracts and the review of sales contracts to ensure that customer requirements are met, and make records of the review.

    4、Do a good job of communication and coordination with various departments and coordinate with customers in a timely manner. Such as: supply sample cycle, sample technical requirements to meet customer requirements, and maximize the satisfaction of the requirements put forward by customers.

    5、Regularly keep track of samples with new foreign customers, and timely handling of the requirements put forward by customers.

    6、Timely collect the information of foreign customers' complaints and unqualified products, collate, analyze, summarize and classify them more to technical processing, and give feedback to customers on the processing results in time, improve the communication with customers and do a good job in pre-sales and after-sales service.

  • Foreign trade salesman

    Responsibilities:

    1.Existing customer maintenance and new customer development, able to develop customers independently.

    2. Responsible for quotation, sample processing, production process tracking, customer reception, accompanying customers to inspect goods, arrange booking shipping and other matters.

    3.Responsible for cross-departmental communication and handling customer's after-sales issues

    4.Set sales target and plan to accomplish the sales task target

    5.Familiar with product price, specification, performance, delivery time, etc., and give timely reply to the questions raised by customers.

    Requirements:

    1、Bachelor degree or above in social integration.

    2、Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, international trade majors are preferred.

    3、Experienced in foreign trade, understand the foreign trade process, proficient in communication and negotiation with customers.

    4、Serious and responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, modest and enterprising.

    5、Experience in working with bicycles, scooters and other mobility tools is preferred.

    6、Experience in brand operation and management is preferred.

  • Domestic Operations Supervisor/Manager

    Responsibilities:

    1、Assist the company to develop the overall planning and operation plan, according to the theme needs to complete the store for the overall beautification, and form the style.

     

    2、Responsible for product updates, communication with designers, planning product main graphics and detail pages.  

    3、Responsible for e-commerce platform (Tmall, Jingdong, Huawei, etc.) store activity planning, communication with the marketing department, promotion and publicity.  

    4、Concerned about the daily data trends of Tmall and Jingdong stores, and make records and analysis, and timely response to solve the problems where.

    5、Responsible for the title of goods, advertising slogan details optimization, improve the flow of incoming stores, increase the click-through rate and the number of views, conversion rate.

    6, for bad products, or products with problems to change the goods temporarily off the shelves in a timely manner.

    7, the store has any changes to communicate with the customer service department, tell them the content of the event, the start deadline and other specific matters to let them know, to better answer for customers.  

    8、Weekly summary of the store, but also with last week for comparison, and last month for ring.    

    9、Make a monthly summary of the store, summarize the shortcomings of the previous month, review and correct, and make a good plan for the next month for these problems.

    10、Complete other tasks as explained by superiors.

    Requirements:

    1、College degree or above, proficient in e-commerce, Taobao, Jingdong Mall and other B2C online stores 1-2 years of operation and sales experience.  

    2, skilled operation of computers and various types of office software, Internet chat tools, a little knowledge of Photoshop can handle some basic pictures and familiar with the web code is preferred.

    3、Familiar with the electronics industry, with relevant online store operation experience is preferred.

    4、Can devote themselves to work and can develop with the company for a long time.
